Mission
To meet the functional and rehabilitation needs of residents in the communities we serve.
Our customers will choose us because we provide the highest peak of Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, Caregiver Education, Safety and Wellness programs.
We will treat our patients with dignity and respect, encourage independence and celebrate their individuality.
Objectives:
- Innovation - We will develop and use effective technology for efficiency and accuracy in
its operations. We will be the leader in providing efficient Rehabilitation and Wellness programs
that return the patient to their highest functional peak!
- Customer Satisfaction - We will achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by
providing cost-effective services that address the needs of patients, physicians, caregivers and
the community. A variety of programs will be set up to address a wide range of continued wellness
issues. Examples: Fall Prevention, Incontinence Program, Pre-Op Strengthening, Osteoporosis
Program, and back to work or leisure continuum set up.
- Education and Training - We will provide excellent facility, family and caregiver training
which focuses on the integrated team approach to care and wellness of our patients.
Sierra Therapy Services, Inc. is a Medicare Part B Provider of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
services, and it is in-network for several Private Insurance and Workers? Compensation organizations. Our
therapists are licensed and highly experienced
Sierra provides Physical and Occupational Therapy services to patients on an outpatient basis. Sierra IS
NOT a Home Health Agency.
